Positive: Cleanliness. Very pleasant waitress at breakfast. Very tasty breakfast.

Negative: The reception staff was not very good at English. The receptionist was rude when we arrived. Opposite the hotel is one of the most dangerous prisons in Europe.

Positive: The junior suite is very nice with balcony. The staff at reception are very helpful and friendly.

Negative: The hotel description is not entirely accurate. Breakfast is not a buffet as advertised, but rather a plate containing a croissant, a small pat of butter, some honey, two slices of cheese, four slices of sausage, and a yogurt. Additional items, such as a fried egg with ham, can be ordered from the breakfast menu. This is consistent with the hotel description and photos on their website for the Art Hotel in Chișinău. This is misleading, as the hotel services do not match the description. Guests at a four-star hotel expect to be able to assemble their own breakfast from a buffet, not for the hotel to simply provide them with a set breakfast. This might be expected in a one- or two-star hotel, but not in a four-star hotel. The restaurant or hotel café is closed, despite the hotel description stating otherwise. The hotel description, including the photos regarding the breakfast buffet and restaurant/café, must be amended to prevent guests from booking the Art Hotel in Chișinău based on false information.

Positive: Very clean, stylish boutique hotel. I felt like home there and would gladly come back anytime! You can see that owners did spent money and didn't cut corners. Spa will open soon as well, it was under construction as we were there. Everything was working. Good wifi. Alla at breakfast was fabulous and super helpful! Thank you, Alla, for extra care. Reception helped me with printing and scanning urgent documents at 10 pm. - so it was very helpful!
