Positive: It's a top hotel, very clean and comfortable. The staff are super friendly.

Negative: For the room lighting, air con, curtains, and en-suite are all controlled by electronic panels. However, there is no button for the en-suite lighting on the bedside panels nor an individual switch beside the en-suite door. It meant that to go to the toilet in the middle of the night you need to go to the main control panel next to the room entrance to turn on the light before entering the en-suite - not so convenient in some circumstances! In this case, it would be good to have the en-suite's dim floor lighting on all night or activated by movement.

Positive: The location is right in the heart of the city center. Loved how new and modern the hotel was. Great, fun pool with lights and sauna and steam room at no additional cost. Teo was amazing as he greeted me when I entered, tired and jet-lagged. Smiled the whole time and was kind and super accommodating. And at checkout Sara allowed a later check out at no additional cost and we has a wonderful talk about Croatian history which I enjoyed.
