We do offer free parking for one vehicle during your stay . Our home is located in a multi unit bldg with elevator access . This place is perfect if your coming to see attractions and getting out to see all that Atlanta has to offer. Please keep in mind that this is a city location, so there is constant movement due to Atlanta being a thriving city . Summary: The place was great. It was clean, the location and neighborhood was quiet and filled with close activities and food. When I had to call to confirm a few things, the host was prompt in answering all questions. Really a great stay.

Summary: This is a beautiful and spacious 1br apartment. I loved the kitchen because I like to cook and it had all of the basic necessities. I'm also a fan of the kitchen island; it opened up the room and is a good space to eat at. I also liked the bath tub and closet space. My only concern was the bathroom needed to be dusted a bit, which isn't a big deal. There is a bit of noise because you're in the middle of the city. But, the city what I came here for! So, it didn't bother me. The apartment is close to shopping, nightlife & places I needed to get to. There is a gated entrance & you need the key FOB to get pretty much anywhere on the property, so my friend and I felt safe & secure. Mr. Thomas was professional and very responsive. I'll definitely rent here again.

Summary: Good stay. Except Only 1 roll of tp for 2 people for 3 night stay. Living room a bit dusty. Ants in the shower on last night.

Summary: The host was very responsive. I had an issue with parking. He atleast stepped in to help although the rules of the complex is off putting. Once you sign in to the gate you have to use a parking pass otherwise you will have a boot. I think this is crazy when you have a pass to get into the gate. It's a ponset scheme. Late nites coming to your rental , just remember the parking pass.

Summary: The building is nice and everything is updated within the unit. The rooftop view is gorgeous! The check-in process was not as smooth as I'd hoped for. The door was not left unlocked as promised, and the telephone number listed to contact the property manager was not correct. The messaging option finally allowed for contact and the access code to the unit was provided, but the process took about 15 minutes (which is not an extensive amount of time in most cases, but when you're standing in an unfamiliar place it can be a bit unnerving). The unit smelled of stale cigarette smoke and air freshener (only noted for those who may have allergies to such), but surfaces were very clean. I was also recommend bringing earplugs or a noise machine if you are a light sleeper. Overall it was a good experience.

Summary: Place was clean, comfortable, and a super convenient Uber to the Braves stadium. Super chic - wish we could have stayed longer! Also, heard back instantly from owner when we had a question about the check-in process.
