Negative: Lot of road works around the hotel. The shower tub needs to be renovated and they need to give more attention to limestone around the rails of the tub

Positive: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their helpfulness and warm hospitality truly made our experience exceptional.

Negative: Nothing. The only spot was the roadworks next to the property, but there is nothing the hotel might do. The good thing is that they always make sure that the roadworkers work even though the holiday.

Summary: Everything about our stay was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Positive: The room was small but had everything required. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice

Negative: There were roadworks right outside the front door and nothing done to assist guests to get in and out. You had to wade through a muddy construction site to get inside. I would not have booked if I had known this

Positive: The room was well-maintained and clean. Convenient location, just a short distance from the beach in Larnaca (for those who don’t mind noise). Welcoming receptionist.

Negative: This hotel is excessively noisy, making it impossible to get a good night's rest. Situated on a narrow but bustling street, the late-night terrace activity and constant traffic create an overwhelming level of noise. The room is small, with a kitchenette and a table placed uncomfortably close to the bed. The bathroom is equally cramped. To make matters worse, the hot water was unavailable at 6:30 in the morning before heading to the airport—I let it run for about 20 minutes, but it never warmed up. I assume that few guests only used hot water that early, but given that I was staying in a 4-star hotel, I didn’t expect this inconvenience. For the first time, I felt deceived by the high rating this location received on Booking, as it doesn’t reflect the price or the numerous shortcomings. Breakfast started at 8:00, I was unable to stay for it, and unfortunately, no alternative was provided—no coffee, no sandwich. While it wasn’t mandatory, it would have been a thoughtful gesture.

Positive: Excellent customer service from the beginning to the end of our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Excellent choice for breakfast.. the location is perfect just few minutes walking to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. Everything was great. But what is that make this place special are the owners: Tula and Nikos really know how to treat their guess by delivering excellent customer service to the highest standards. Thank you guys for making our short stay so lovely. We will be back.
