Positive: The setup was very cute. Liked the seating with the bed on the side, and the bed was also comfy. Julie was extremely helpful, warming up our food twice and bringing us an iron stand as well. The cleaner also notified us immediately when we forgot a coat in the room, and I was able to coordinate pickup with Julie quite easily. The washroom was also great. Really enjoyed the standing shower.

Negative: Having a small microwave would be helpful, considering we had dietary restrictions and had to bring food with us and our only option was to heat it and eat it.

Positive: The suites are beautiful, comfortable, well decorated and the view of the mountains from the suite is stunning

Negative: It is not for people with disability, there is no elevator. The price is a bit elevated

Summary: Beautiful place to walk into after work , feels cozy with only 5 places to stay . Feels like a home .

Positive: It's our second time at the Artisan Suites and everything was perfect as the first time. The suites are super clean, comfortable, great quality of bedding and towels, quiet, and the room has e everything you might need (extra duvet, extra pillows, umbrella, coffee, tea, even a small bench for shorter people to reach the higher cupboards). Self check in is easy and they are responsive on messages. We always enjoy our stay there and it is still our choice to stay in the island.

Negative: Nothing.
