Positive: The location was awesome next to the lake
Negative: Need lot of improvement in cleaning and basic hygiene stuff. WiFi was terrible and whenever call staff response was it’s working fine but it is NOT.
Summary: We stayed 2 nights and really liked the location of the facility where you just have to walk 50M to lake. Price is ok as

Positive: The only thing that we liked is that it is located close to Sevan lake.
Negative: Please ignore all the information that is mentioned on their booking page. There is no microwave, no washing machine and the most important there is no AC in the room. Everything is quite dirty and the area itself looks disaster. It is not cosy and not comfortable. The owner is rude as well. The WiFi doesn’t work properly and the matrasses are so uncomfortable.

Positive: Super happy with the hotel! Spacious and clean, very near to the beach (lake) with very beautiful views! Will stay here if we come to Sevan again!
Negative: It's located by the highway so you have to make a big uturn if you go to Sevan town and back, but it's not really a problem as beautiful views all the way!
