Positive: The flat is bigger than expected. And with a view of the sea and a balcony. A very nice an convenient flat. Parking was easy right in front of the building. Will definitely stay again.

Negative: When we arrived we were told we would be staying in Grattan House, the hosts other property down the street. We did not get the private balcony with sea views that we had been looking forward to. The apartment we were allocated is one that has been worked hard and could now do with a makeover. The welcome/essentials pack was, 3 teabags, the same amount of coffee and a few salt sachets in a jar.
Summary: We didn't actually get to stay in Arus Grattanm the host met us and told us there was a water leak.

Positive: Location, right next to the Prom. There’s a great grocery store a few meters away.
Negative: Not a very welcoming arrival, the owner complained that we didn’t call/sms. Nowadays, everyone’s on whatsapp or worst case, we can use the booking messages to communicate, rather than paying for an international call or sms. Other than that, everything was great.
