Positive: During our stay, the reception staff were generally helpful and polite, and we had no issues in that regard.
Negative: On the day of our check-out, there was a water outage that lasted for hours and was not communicated in advance. As a result, we had to leave the hotel without being able to take a shower or meet basic personal needs. This is not an acceptable situation, especially on the day of departure. The disruption of such a basic service negatively affected our overall experience. We expected better communication and a proper solution.

Negative: The WiFi wasn't working wheb I stayed, but it may just have been a temporary issue.

Positive: The location and the room. Nice modern hotel. Nice bathroom.
Negative: I dont know how this works but the hotel said the room is full and i saw on booking available. So i booked from Booking and got a room. But this is maybe not the hotels fault. Its booking own system. I always find out that the workers of smaller hotels and less star are more helpfull and cheerfull. They are smiling and helping. In a bigger hotel is more proffessional but the workers are less social.
