Summary: Reception staff spoke no English, credit card guarantee charged twice and payment wanted to be charged again after already paid. The hotel in a great location, next door to shopping centre, room was huge

Summary: A very outdated hotel which is in need of an urgent refurbishment. Rooms and lobby are old and carpet seems dirty. Definitely not inline with the Ascott brand. My friend had a serviced apartment which windows leaked. The curtains seemed in dire need of a clean. Service is good with friendly attentive front desk staff.

Summary: Clean room, staffs are friendly and helpful. Very convenient to the metro station by exiting f2 and there is a raffles city right beneath for shopping and eateries.only complaint is the bed too soft & the pillow. Can do washing at level 7

Summary: The staff was exceptionally helpful and the bed and pillows very comfortable in addition to the general comfort. Swimming pool was a bonus. Well located to modern shopping centre with good access to restaurants. Chosen for its easy access in southern Chengdu. Thank you.
