Positive: The apartment was huge and reasonably well equipped. The use of the pool was fantastic. It was not made clear at booking that it was in a building next door.
Negative: The code and key system. The codes didn't always work. Neither did the e-keys. It was temperamental. There were no personal messages from staff so difficult to communicate with. The breakfast delivery link did not work.
Summary: Pretty good stay just a few teething problems.

Positive: Very well located, 30min walk from everything. Access to a pool in the nearby building. Baby gear available. Well-sized living room. Kitchen with all essentials. Nespresso machine.
Negative: Second bedroom was more like a closet. WC in bathroom (not locking). A bit tight for 4 adults. Stairs to get to the elevator (not baby friendly). Only 6 coffee pods for 4 nights (4 adults). Only 2 chairs on the terrace.

Positive: Larger than expected, very quiet and modern. The pool was a great place to chill after long walks through the city. The luggage storage facility was very helpful, 10 minutes walk, very secure. Very responsive management

Positive: Great location, exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything we needed and more. I would let people know that shower gel and shampoo are provided to save people packing any.
Negative: There weren’t enough lockers in the neighbouring property so would suggest adding more. I know there were some elsewhere but it was inconvenient.
Summary: Amazing quality, clean and comfortable place to stay in a central location.

Positive: The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, soundproofed (great for light sleepers!) and in a fantastic and safe location.
Negative: We woke up one morning to a strong sewage smell so owners may want to check on that.
