Summary: Our two families had a great time in this house. Lots of space and extra activities for both children and adults. Easy safe walk into town for restaurants and groceries.

Summary: Aspen East is beautiful! We loved it. It was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The entire place was beautifully decorated with a large kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare and cook meals. Plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds and four full bathrooms. Plenty of room for large families and groups. Everything was so easy and made our stay exceptional! We come to Holiday Valley every year and this is truly one of the best places we have stayed. Definitely will return and strongly recommend this property.

Summary: Property was excellent. Great location, 5 minutes to Holiday Valley skiing and just a few minutes into Ellicotville for great dinners. Property is well appointed, spacious rooms. Plenty of space for our group (6 adults and 6 kids, ages 3 to 9).

Summary: We had the best weekend skiing with friends! This was the perfect location to both ski resorts! The owner was so attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay! I would rate this property with all five stars!

Summary: We had an amazing experience at the Villa. We had a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and the space was perfect. Matthew was extremely responsive and helpful as a host. We highly recommend this place.
