It is newly and completely renovated as of the first of the year (2024), located within walking distance to the Ute Trail, the gondola, and Aspen's lively core. This warm, sophisticated mountain home is comprised of four spacious suites (Main floor Primary), an open living room with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, and extensive views of both Red Mountain and Independence Pass, which is comfortably nestled with a large gourmet kitchen. There is split a/c units on the main floor and in the primary suite. The remaining three suites are on the lower level with an open, inviting projection room and walkouts. After a long, satisfying day of skiing or hiking, enjoy what the sprawling, wrap-around deck offers for après-relaxation in the hot tub and entertaining guests. Pets considered.
