Summary: We had an excellent experience at this small hotel. The breakfast was great, and the location is very convenient if you’re on a budget and plan to use the free bus at Brush Creek Park & Ride. Free parking made things even easier, and it was simple to travel to Aspen, Snowmass, and other nearby areas. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful, solving any issues quickly and easily. We didn’t travel with pets, so we didn’t need to worry about any pet fees, which was a plus for us. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Snowmass.

Summary: We could go right outside our room and be on the Frying Pan River. The roar of the river met us each time we opened our room door, but didn't notice it when the door was closed. We were here many decades ago and it is still a great place to visit. We ate at the Tipsy Trout just next door and it was very good. We also recommend Heather's Savory Pies. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast. The room was good - no weird smells and the price was ok for the area (near Aspen, where prices are much higher). Beautiful area - especially liked seeing the aspen trees turn yellow!

Summary: Room was clean and had everything we needed, bathroom was clean and updated, sheets nice and crisp. My only complaint would be the carpet while in good condition looks old and you gotta wonder how clean it is
