Summary: This was a great place to stay. Owner’s kept in contact with us from the time we booked our stay until we got there with information. The house was very clean and cozy. Has everything you need in the kitchen, coffee pot, pots, pans, plates utensils and more. Very quiet neighborhood. We would highly recommend staying here! We loved it. You won’t be disappointed.

Summary: Loved our stay at Searenity! Assateague Pointe is a great little spot for families. 2 pools, a fishing pier, playgrounds and a rec room with games, table hockey, pool and ping pong. And alot of room for riding bikes. The house has a great spot to sit outside with a shower for rinsing after the beach. The house was very clean, beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for cooking meals. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had as well. Our family loved this quiet little spot!

Summary: This property was perfect for our stay in Berlin. Clean, well laid out and well stocked. Provided everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Owner was always available and checked regularly to make sure everything was okay. Beautiful community. Enjoyed the pier and the ponds on property. Just around the corner from Frontier Town where we enjoyed the Western show each day. And a 10 minute drive to the island to see the wild horses. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Summary: This was a lovely beach house for our family to stay this year! We had everything we could need at this residence and then some. It also provided close proximity to ocean city beach/ boardwalk/ restaurants/etc. (Super bonus) Yet even within the Assateague Pointe complex we were able to enjoy their community pools/ paddle boats and fishing docks which our kiddos loved! This community was always very quiet and super clean location that is clearly well maintained. The owner was always on point by making us aware of any updates and ensuring they were available if anything needed attention. Our family would recommend this location to anyone looking for a beach escape. We will be sure to keep this location in mind for our families future beach trips!
