Summary: Staff extremely helpful! Good position touching Nara deer park, walkable from train station. Good ryokan, albeit the 90’s feeling of the overall deco. Decent indoor and outdoor pools (medium-small); self-service rooftop bar for a moderate fee. Didn’t try breakfast or other meals, just a one-night break between Kyoto and Osaka.

Summary: A top notch experience with amazing staff and service. Exceptional rooms and beds. The only negative, and I’m searching here, would be the carpet in the common area needs to be cleaned. I highly recommend!
