Negative: The single bed was not suitable for an adult and the furniture is getting a bit tired.

Positive: House has reasonable space and two bathrooms. There is a great view from the deck towards the bay and out over the countryside.
Negative: The facilities are a little dated and expensive for what is offered. For example barbecue was not really usable and television is old with separate unit to change channels. Kitchen utensils and cutlery were an odd assortment of different styles and types.
Summary: Typical New Zealand Bach with adequate but a little tired and dated facilities.

Positive: The location of the property is awesome. Spacious and the view is great.
Negative: .Lighting - some bulbs are missing, hallway lights not working. •BBQ Burner/Grill - filthy and unsanitary (full of rodent droppings and dirty water). .Oven was dirty. .General cleanliness inside the house definitely needs to be looked at. .No airconditioner, not even an electric fan. .Beds in the double room needs to be replaced, it was very old and uncomfortable.
Summary: It was okay. It would have been perfect if all the issues above were sorted.
