Positive: The apartment has the following advantages: 1. a very convenient location - in the city center, yet quiet (walking distance to supermarkets, marche St. Pierre, bakeries, tram stops, restaurants); 2. a very nice interior of the apartment; 3. it was fully equipped with all you need (including kitchen stuff, soap, cleaning detergents); 4. Claude (the owner) was responding immediately via whatsup; 5. it includes a terrace; 6. it includes a washing machine, dish washer (all detergents needed are included), and an iron - really very well equipped apartment. To sum up, no single point to complain about. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND the apartment!

Positive: Lovely apartment in a convenient location in Clermont. Very clean and practically brand new. All appliances worked well. Bathroom well appointed. Quiet and secure. Car parking in private garage in apartment block. The host communicated well and met us on arrival. He was extremely friendly and helpful
