Positive: Great location and right next to the beach and park. Property had everything we needed - big spacious kitchen, cracking bathroom with a large bath and powerful shower, cosy living room with a real fire were highlights. Hosts really dog friendly which was great for our cockapoo.

Negative: Front garden not enclosed which would have been good for the dog and our toddler.

Summary: Great location, spacious and well-equipped, with very dog-friendly hosts.

Positive: Great location not far from the castle, its grounds and close to the beach. Very well equipped and maintained cottage with everything you need for your stay. Good walks on the doorstep especially north of Tay estuary towards Monifieth. Loved the individual wee artworks in the rooms.

Negative: I’d have preferred a larger bed to retire to and unfortunately kept hitting my shins on the wooden bed frame and head on the low hanging lights.
