Positive: Brno is a great town to visit. And staying in this apartment was an absolute highlight, one of the best parts of my visit. It is located near the heart of the old city, in an historical building. The apartment is beautiful, a tasteful modern kitchen and bathroom and a huge high ceilinged living room and bedroom, full of lovely wooden furniture. It felt like I was getting a taste of both elegant early 20th century and modern European living at the same time. I took a chance booking this place on the day I was due to arrive in Brno, but the host responded with details within a short time. It is a short walk (uphill) from the train station and easy to walk to all the attractions in the heart of Brno. The washing machine was extremely useful.
Negative: I have no complaints about the apartment. As always, if you are a light sleeper, travel with earplugs and an eyemask when staying in cities. It is upstairs without an elevator though.
Summary: A beautiful, comfortable apartment, located an easy walk from the heart of the old city.

Positive: Such a large, beautiful apartment with high ceilings and huge windows. The historic building was built in 1306 and has a nice, clean renovation. Lovely host, washer in flat, drying available, comfortable furniture. Has Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, terrestrial TV, etc. Nice sun room you walk through to get to apartment.
Negative: It was generally quiet but sometimes at night would have loud crowds outside across street but this was not too much an issue for us as it was temporary. If you aren’t fit, carrying your luggage to the 3rd floor (Euro 2nd floor) may be challenging. It was OK for us. The apartment needs another rubbish bin in the bathroom.

Positive: Our stay At The Three Princes felt luxurious after many weeks travelling around Europe at various hotels/hostels. The apartment was spacious - with a very comfortable bed and great amenities. It was very clean and had a great view of a beautiful church next door, with a lovely cafe in the central courtyard. The location is very central - we walked to all of the main tourist locations very easily. Barbora was a very friendly host, and check-in was easy with her instructions. I highly recommend a stay here.

Positive: A really lovely apartment, which felt homely and cosy. Despite being right in the middle of Brno (and with a lovely view of the facade of the Loreto chapel) it was almost always quiet. The furniture is gorgeous and so different from the IKEA standard - very much in keeping with the city. Communication excellent and instructions for entry all straightforward. Kitchen was fine, but would benefit from a colander or sieve, and some place mats!

Positive: The room was big, comfortable and nice decorated. The location exceptional, everything was so close. It was quite and well equiped. Barbora was very helpfull, she even had left a notebook with tips for Brno. Extra bonus in the small yard at ground floor there is a cafe that makes great cappucino and a wonderfull cellar that you can have really nice wines.

Positive: Exceptional location in the center of the old city in historical building. Everything in 5 min distance: supermarket, train and bus stations, shopping and food. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Large bathtub, large flat TV with Netflix, good kitchenette.
