Summary: Logement spacieux, très bien situé offrant une vue magnifique sur la mer et les falaises ! Petit bémol sur la propreté de l'appartement et surtout de la vaisselle mais heureusement l'appartement dispose d'un lave vaisselle (qui n'est pas indiqué dans l'annonce). Appartement au 3ème et dernier étage avec un escalier relativement étroit qui peut être difficile d'accès aux petits enfants ou aux personnes plus âgées.

Summary: Emplacement idéal face à la mer, la vue est imprenable, quelle que soit la fenêtre par laquelle on regarde. Les deux chambres remplissent leur fonction et la salle de bain est correcte. L’etat de l’appartement était par contre plus que décevant. Je me demande à quoi sont utilisés les 110€ demandés pour les frais de ménages. Le bac à couverts était dégoûtant, il a fallu laver la vaisselle avant de l’utiliser et les poêles étaient grasses. Les ciseaux sont rouillés. Les escaliers menants à l’appartement étaient très poussiéreux.

Summary: le bémol pour cet appartement bien situé et avec de belles vues sur la mer et les falaises, c'est qu'il est situé au 3ème étage ; Amélioration conseillée au niveau de la propreté, en particulier pour le réfrigérateur ; Nous avons eu beaucoup de difficultés à faire fonctionner le téléviseur (pas de mode d'emploi et aucunes consignes) sinon la situation géographique est idéale pour sillonner la Baie de Somme
