Positive: Fantastic! An extremely pleasant hotel, clean, quiet and with very good facilities. A large, immaculate and comfortable room. An elegantly served breakfast, with a white tablecloth and everything we asked for and liked. Very attentive and caring staff. We have stayed here several times and the stars they give are very high!

Positive: This is a lovely hotel with a luxurious atmosphere. The room, bedding, towels etc were of good quality. And beautiful toiletries! It was very convenient for us, just off the motorway and was quiet overnight. Next time we'll stay longer. We left our phone charger behind and they phoned us almost immediately to let us know.

Negative: It's a shame the restaurant wasn't open. We didn't stay for breakfast as it was a bit expensive. I hunted for the button to turn on the towel rail and noticed that underneath was thick with dust, dead insects etc. Not nice. And the fixture for the hand held section of the shower was slimy and black.

Positive: The location was very close to motorway which was perfect after a 7 hour drive! Hotel was excellent and surroundings were better than expected. Petrol station right next door. Staff friendly. We didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on that. Room/ bathroom were very nice and clean.

Negative: Our room 101 (also 102) were located right next to the stairs, the floors and stairs were wooden so you could hear everytime someone walked up the stairs, which was very loud! Also noisey guests and general lack of sound proofing made it difficult to get a good night sleep!! However, I'm sure if you had a different room this wouldn't be a problem.

Summary: Convenient location. Good quality hotel.
