Summary: The property opened in 2004 and it has not been renovated since then. It is extremely outdated. I won’t get into details about everything that needs to change, but it is not a place. I will stay at again unless they do a major overhaul.

Summary: Everything was good - except that they didn’t consider our request for a late checkout at 3 pm. Usual response - we are fully booked; however the hotel is almost empty.

Summary: Friendly staff. Restaurant food isn’t great. I paid for mine, but couldn’t eat it. Location is the best and the view is far better than the sister hotel in Musandem. If you have kids, the other location has better pools. The facilities need updating, but rooms are decent.

Summary: A very comfortable stay with amazing views of the sea and the mountains. Just a setback was Hotels.com rates as they charged a lot of money compared to other similar sites. .

Summary: The hotel setting is fantastic. The views of the sea from the room and from the restaurant terrace are truly wonderful. But the hotel does not have a beach to swim from, and the town does not have much to offer. We took the boat tour to swim and to see dolphins (and that was lovely), but then we couldn’t find anything else to do during our stay. So if you are planning to stay for more than 2 nights, take a couple of good book with you. You’ll need them to fill in the time.
