Negative: Jacuzzi not always hot. Restaurant food mediocre although staff excellent. No one on site at night to help with early morning requests ie open gate at 5 am.

Positive: Nice place with great food (they even waited for us to arrive late and left the kitchen open so that we can enjoy hot food). The rooms were spacious and the people absolutely amazing and friendly. We felt so welcomed! Thanks for having us - would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Positive: The views were spectacular and the service was great. I didn’t go on the coffee tour but 4 from our group did and they absolutely loved it. Sounds like they learned a LOT more than I have on other coffee tours I have done in Colombia.
Negative: Getting there was hard (the streets are very steep in and out)
