Positive: Just like the photos. Very accessible, beautiful deluxe suite on the 4th floor. Had everything we needed. Yes a little busy but it’s so near the historical centre and trendy neighbourhoods. Ideal for a couple of days. Facilities are great. Staff very polite and helpful and clean towels everyday that we really appreciated. Glad to have found it !

Positive: Nice rooftop terrace with a view of the acropolis. Staff very friendly.

Negative: Street noise is a problem, ask for a room away from the street if possible, it's much better and you'll get a balcony that isn't enclosed. We were moved to a quieter room but the construction work remained an issue. The hotel is surrounded by construction works which start 7.30/8am (not 9am as the receptionist advised), it's literally next to the room, you can't get away from the noise and it is very loud. Also we booked this hotel specifically for the heated rooftop pool but it was freezing every day until the last night we were there. Didn't like that we booked the hotel in January 2025 to stay in October 2025 and the hotel took the payment immediately in January rather than closer to the time. If I had known about the construction noise and the hotel hadn't taken payment immediately after booking I would have looked for another place to stay.
