Summary: Very clean room, tended every day, toiletries and complimentary drinks also replenished. Very friendly staff who were always on hand for questions or taking your order. Night porter was especially good and was very efficient.

Summary: The hotel was clean and had a comfortable feel to it. The staff were friendly both in reception and the restaurant which also provided good food. The room was exceptionally high standard. The only downside was a constant low frequency noise which continued throughout the night. It sounded like an air con generator but definitely some sort of machinery. For this reason, only 4 stars allocated. Other than that, excellent.
