Positive: The sunset views from this well-located apartment were outstanding! You can see Mt Teide, the church steeples, and the coast from the main room. The apartment is well-appointed and modern, with high quality appliances, dishes and silverware! I was impressed that there was even a diffuser for curly hair with the dryer. The apartment is located just a short and pleasant walk to many different things to see in this most delightful town. It is very near a grocery store and coffee shops.

Negative: There is a paid parking garage (€12) up the block, much more convenient than the free lot. There is no central heat in the apartment, but there are portable heaters in the bedrooms and blankets on the bed. It was a little stressful for me to download the lock apps, not knowing if I had done it correctly. It worked very well in practice to get us in the first time, and the owners were very helpful and responsive to questions as we arrived. There’s 92 stairs to climb, which I love, but some people might not.

Summary: Polished apartment in great location with fabulous views.

Positive: Amazing spacious apartment, super clean and comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen and super communication with host. Location in middle of town, close to restaurants and supermarkets.

Negative: Nothing to complain, everything was splendid. Thing to consider; it’s on top floor, meaning great views and less noise, but also quite some stairs up (no lift). All fine for us, but if you’re less mobile it might be bit of struggle.

Negative: Everything was fine, but the flat is in 4th floor and there is no elevator.

Positive: The apartment was of good quality. I liked the amount of space, comfortable bed (the big one, the singles I don't know), variety of kitchen utensils.

Negative: I did not like carrying my heavy suitcases twice - on arrival and on leave. I am a fit guy but that was too much. The stairway was narrow, and the light usually went off before I reached the apartment or exit door. The smell of mold/fungai from the pipes in the bathroom is something to be taken care by the owner. I did not like the app to open the door. An advice to others not travelling alone - register it with two phones or for every adult. I would prefer to have a pin code or real keys instead. And I treat a shower thermostat a mandatory equipment these days, which was missing.

Positive: This apartment is very spacious and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views out of the large windows are amazing. Located in the heart of town with ample, easy parking right up the street. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this property for your visit to Tenerife.

Positive: Rented self catering apartments are a gamble. You never know what you will get, or not get. Will there be soap, washing up liquid, condiments, enough pots pans & crockery? This place was superb, stylishly furnished, good & ample kitchenware, all relevant consumables were supplied, & also topped up & the apartment cleaned, for the second week. I also appreciated that my host, Juan made a lot of effort to handle my delayed, late evening arrival. The flat has good storage space, is light & airy, with views over the town & El Teide, in a good central location above a lively part of a small town, with a number of cafes & restaurants to choose from nearby, also 2 supermarkets. Free parking, sometimes right outside, more usually in the free car park 200m away.

Negative: All good really, just two minor potential improvement comments: 1 The windows are all Tilt/Swing, except the bathroom, which is just swing - probably too late now, but it would be nice if that had tilt, too. 2 It was an October heatwave, (even for the Canaries): I would have really liked an electric fan.

Summary: An excellent, enjoyable stay. I am pleased to recommend this apartment.
