Positive: It’s a really nice cosy hotel, not too busy but still has a great atmosphere. The room was comfortable and clean. It was as described and looked like the pictures. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. The pool area is really nice and well maintained, and it was never too busy, there were always free loungers, it was relaxing. The sectioned off beach area which is about 15mins walk away is useful. Towels are provided there and there was a selection of beach chairs to choose from. The rooftop area was lovely, you can order drinks to it as you sunbathe. It has a nice view of the mountain and beautiful sunset. The food and drinks were nice in the evenings, good value for money and they serve late into the evening. There’s a really nice atmosphere outside in the evenings for eating and some evenings there was a singer for entertainment. The breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold foods, lots to choose from. The hotel is very nicely decorated and in a good location.
Negative: Not very soundproofed, we could hear people in other rooms snoring, moving furniture etc. The corridor our room was on was quite dark/ dim, as were some of the lights in the room. The AC unit could do with some maintenance/ replacement, a couple of times it made grinding noises and spat out bits of ice with what appeared to be dirt/ mould. The drains in the bathroom sometimes smelled bad.
Summary: A really enjoyable stay in this beautiful hotel

Positive: Very nice hotel, amazing patio! Also hotel restaurant serves very good food with very fair prices compared to donong outside. Nice stay, 24h reception, all was very good. Place on the beach also very nice - beach is 10 minutes walkong from hotel.
Negative: Unfortunately spa was not opened, there was no information about it, once we've asked the onformation was - It's cloased all days in a week, I guess it means it was just closed, that's a shame, as we've checked SPA hopong to ise hotel one, however they organized hammam for us once we've ask at the recaption desk, taxi took us both sides (this outsourced one was 5/10).

Positive: Good customer service, very attentive to our needs and open to giving us advice when needed. Breakfast was very good—I recommend trying their crepes with peanut sauce and their typical tea, also the lemon juice was very tasty. It's a great way to start the day by trying a breakfast with elements of the local cuisine. As positive extras, I would mention the pool and its beautiful water cascade, as well as the private zone in the beach nearby (15min walk).
Negative: The room and bathroom were nice, although the shower leaked a bit while bathing.
Summary: Very attentive staff!!

Positive: A charming little haven around the pool, with the peaceful sound of birdsong in the morning and a very comfortable bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to the argan body lotion provided – absolutely lovely.
Negative: Unfortunately, there were a few unpleasant details – torn towels, a dirty rug under the bed, and an overall sticky feel that made the space feel less than clean. I found a squashed insect in the bathtub, which I ended up scrubbing myself. The absence of slippers and a bathrobe was disappointing, and I was surprised to be charged for a bottle of water from the minibar, especially as none was offered in the room (for future guests: you can fill your bottle from a dispenser by the stairs). The beach is around a 15-minute walk away.
Summary: A mixed experience — peaceful surroundings and kind staff, but let down by cleanliness issues
