Positive: The location was good, the property was spacious and the staff were helpful
Negative: There were quite a few issues which I faced. The TV in my room had no remote for the first few days. The one in the living room was not working as the images were quite blurry. The dinning table was quite wobbly possing a health and safety hazard but I must say when I pointed this out it was repaired promptly. There was no rail in my bathroom to hang my towel although this was fitted after some days. There was a leak in the living room in my apartment coming from the apartment above which caused a large pool of water in the living room and the rug was soaked and had to be removed but never replaced until I left. The kitchen had one glass and one fork, no knife and two spoons when I arrived, I complained and a few more crockery was brought but not adequate. On the whole this property has great potential and although the manager is trying her best to keep the property in good condition my view is that more needs to be done to prepare the property for occupation when a guest is coming
Summary: My stay was quite eventful as there were quite a few things which were below expectations.
