Positive: A newly renovated hotel, on a relatively isolated location, with possibility for full board accomodation with a basic kitchen. Great possibilities for short and long hikes in the mountains.
Negative: The entrance could have been more welcoming, e.g. with a ramp for suitcases and wheelchairs.

Positive: I really like the location and staff was very helpful. I enjoyed clean rooms and views from balcony. Having carpark really helps.
Negative: I didn't enjoy dinner in the hotel. I would recommend less staff and more quality food and options . And I didn't understand why sauna is open only for few hours in the afternoon at the same time as dinner takes place,

Positive: The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Beds were super comfortable. Especially the lady at the reception. almost everyone spoke English.
Negative: It was really like traveling to the 80s: the hotel rooms could use some repairs and refurbishing. The dinner was not exactly as advertised, but I guess the price was right. No wifi on our floor.

Positive: I do not know how, but this hotel managed to hire the nicest persons in the world. Flawless English, absolutely friendly and helpful. Every single contact with a staff member was a delight!

Positive: Hotel has lots of amenities and attractions for all ages. Beds are comfortable. Staff is welcoming. Breakfast was awesome.
Negative: The only things we did not like was that curtains could only cover half of the incoming morning sun so we could not sleep from very early morning as our room was on the side of the rising sun + both nights there was some disco event in the night. Everything else was perfect.

Negative: The only criticism is aimed at the illumination of the room. The main light was on the wall next to TV set and the night tables were also of no se for reading in the bed

Positive: We had a comfortable stay. Rooms were nicely renovated. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Pillows a bit soft. Staff was really great, made our stay very pleasant. Breakfast and dinner was worth it. Bar was awesome, we had some really quality drinks and cocktails.
Summary: Awesome! Worth every buck. Definitely recommend.

Positive: Beautiful location, we could see the mountains from our window. Ideal for hiking or skiing, also with kids or dogs or for groups and families. There's a small parking lot right next to the building, and the road to the building is well maintained, which was a relief in the mountains. You can have breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and there are different events in the evening, like concerts or guests speaking about interesting topics like mountain rescue. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Negative: The building is a little old, and the rooms are not entirely soundproof but it didn't bother us much. Not every staff member speaks English, but you can always find someone who does. You might need to wait a little to check in. There's a sauna and a pool, but you have to make a reservation and pay an extra fee.
