Positive: The staff were super friendly and very helpful. They carried our bags down from the 3rd floor and even walked us to the taxi point to make it easier for us with multiple bags. Our room had a beautiful terrace. Modern room and bathroom. Very clean. Bottle of wine for us on arrival. Aircon worked very well.
Negative: No elevator but they made up for it by helping with bags

Positive: The location of the hotel was very convenient. The room was very spacious. Plenty of room for luggage. There was a mini fridge with water bottles that were refilled every day - no extra charge. The beds were comfortable. The hotel provided towels to take to the beach which was a very nice convenience.
Negative: The tub and shower, which were seperate, both leaked water. Poor installation of shower walls.

Positive: The apartment is right in Town, which is what we wanted, so everything is literally on your doorstep. It is nicely appointed inside; complete with fridge, safe, A/C. The bed is a king size double and was very comfortable. All the staff we met were lovely people, who wanted to make your stay as pleasurable as possible, and they did. They have a WhatsApp service, so a quick message about anything and they were there with the answer. Housekeeping visit every day, with fresh towels and a room clean; bed made etc. An excellent service from these ladies who are working on the rooms literally all day every day.
Negative: The room size is very small, and we typically take too many clothes, so making room for everything was not possible and some items remained in our cases. Worth recognising that we were here for 14-nights though. I think the storage could have been thought out a little better. For example, there is a floating bedside table and unused space below it. Maybe a couple more shelves or a simple drawer unit here would have provided some much needed extra storage. A safe is in the room, though this is fairly small. Perfectly fine for storing things like passports, credit cards, cash, jewellery etc, but not large enough to accommodate a laptop or even an iPad. Also, what I did find strange is that the safe is not attached to anything. There is also a large (42"+) TV attached to the wall. Way too big for the room and with no English channels available we didn't use it at all and found it to be in the way as you manoeuvred around the room. I appreciate there will be Greek people staying who see value in the TV channels that are available, but the size of the TV seems unnecessary. There is a very large terrace (shared by the 3 top-floor apartments, though we never saw anyone else around). Unfortunately, the best has not been made of this space. First off, the immediate foreground outlook is not pleasant; solar panels, hot water tanks, rusty satellite dishes and other industrial looking paraphernalia on adjacent rooftops. This needs hiding from view with a simple, say, bamboo fence fixed to the wall of the terrace, so you can then only see the Town itself. I would introduce some planters to divide the space between the apartments and maybe put a couple of sunbeds there too. These changes may encourage people to use the terrace for sunbathing, rather than paying 30euros a time at the local beach. Putting some beer and wine in the fridge would add to this as an option and could generate some additional income for the business.
