Positive: The hotel is amazing, the staff is really gently and welcoming. The rooms have everything, including toiletries. There were services we couldn't use due to time but we are hoping we will have that chance next time
Negative: The rooms didn't have USB ports for charging. Also sometimes the staff struggled with our English (but nothing major, just that it took maybe a little bit more to communicate).

Positive: 1.Friendly staff. 2.Good location. 3.Clean room and spacious too.
Negative: 1. Breakfast was the same thing every day.It was a buffet, yes, but please introduce more varieties. 2. The air con in the room was not exactly ok. When it was hot the room was really hot.
