Positive: The studio flat is probably not a luxury one at first sight but the owner did take care of the details. Thus, cleanness is very much visible in every corner, and you are given even more than you expect, like full set of kitchen tools, if you prefer to resolve dinners quietly at home, kettle, even a coffee machine with provided capsules. Airer, iron, if you want to make your laundry. Internet access. A nice table in the verandah to enjoy the evenings (with anti-mosquito spirals provided too).

Negative: Position is not the most scenic in the island. However, given you will need a mean of transport to tour the island and its beaches, the quite central position, helps to go in every direction you choose.

Positive: Lock box, self check-in. Great location, 5 minute walk from the city, close to restaurants etc. Very strategic location on the island itself, as it's 20 minute by car from all the best beaches (south, west, even north). The house is comfortable, has everything that you need and is quiet. We had an issue with the ferry (due to winds had a 3 day delay) and the host was extremely accommodating in extending our stay, for which we are thankful.

Positive: The location at Livadi was very convenient. Also the staff / manager was great. Our initial residence did not have air conditioning in the room so we requested a change. Mrs Polina was very accommodative, found us a new residence and we were moved to a bigger residence with air conditioning in the master! Very friendly, with great hospitality. We also had a bottle of fresh water and some get started items for breakfast. Thank you Mrs Polina!!

Negative: The initial residence’s bed was relatively small for a double and there was no air conditioning.

Summary: Great location, fantastic hospitality! We would stay again
