Positive: Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Next to the house, there is an excellent champagne house where the hosts kindly welcome guests for tastings.

Negative: The biggest downside was the poor water supply to the apartment, as the water flowed very weakly or was completely unavailable. On the last day of our stay, none of the family members were able to take a shower. The hosts informed us that it was a supplier issue, but it was still a major inconvenience. The kitchen area was very small, and there was no dishwasher, trash bags and very small fridge. Through the window, as shown in the photo, there was no view of the vineyards—only the roof of the neighboring house.

Positive: Beautifully decorated apartment in the heart of the Champagne region.

Negative: Due to a local network issue there was low water pressure, although the host warned us of the issue beforehand.

Summary: We had lovely stay in the apartment, and had a lovely champagne tasting at the champagne producer next door.

Positive: Perfect space for a family with 2 kids. Located in a very small and quite village from where you can easily get to Epernay or even Reims. Easy to find parking spaces around the building, with a very nice boulangerie near by and a pizza place.

Negative: The sleeping arrangments. Bed in livingroom us rock hard. Pillows … Giben that it is dofficult to find restaurants in close proximity a properly equipped kitchen, coocking top and oven should make a big difference. I expected more from avize. Like a PROPER coffeeshop.

Positive: Nice apartment with everything you need near Epernay. We only stayed for two nights, but the apartment is well-equiped for a longer stay. Beware that it takes two stairs to reach the apartment, so probably not the best option for elderly.
