Positive: Kitchen facilities were good. Bathroom was warm & had everything we needed.
Negative: Arrival instructions were poor. Unable to find lighting in the entrance hall. Too many keys provided for unlocking the apartment door. Struggled for 15 mins trying to open the door. Had to contact the host for help. . Towel heater in bathroom falling off the wall. Dirty bath on arrival. Bed very uncomfortable and passed its best. Needs replacing. Sofa uncomfortable too. The web link provided to explain amenities did not work and again had to contact host for WiFi code.

Positive: The apartment is located close to old city center, market just around the corner. Well organized kitchen, big room. Comfortable sofa.
Negative: Not comfy bed, spacious bathroom but no curtain for shower. Floor was cold, need to have slippers if you prefer to take off shoes. No simple spices in a kitchen.

Positive: It was fantastic, it had a good vibe! A well equipped kitchen, nice decor and very high ceilings. It was very close to bars and restaurants and it had available parking every day.

Positive: The apartment was spacious and well furnished. A little out of the centre and Marseille is hilly so not easy to get to with heavy bags but worth it. Nice neighbourhood with plenty of places to eat. Once the bags are ditched everything is within walking distance. Good communication and access went smoothly Kitchenette so no oven but well equipped.
Negative: Stairs to the apartment and no lift so with heavy bags there is some lifting on arrival and departure. Some noise from banging doors late on within the building (maybe the martial arts place next door) but the location is generally quiet.

Positive: The cleanness of the apartment, the decoration and ambiance. It is a perfect location in a relatively calm area.
Negative: Even if the road is quiet, the noise insulation is what it is, you will hear the scooters and cars passing through the night. The bed were below expectation of what wou can expect for this price. The bed may be ok for one person but pretty uncomfortable for two as it is small. The mattress leave you sinking and when moving you disturb your partner. I compared this experience to the kind of confort you may have in a backpack trip in Thailand. I would have appreciated that the owner specify the bed is a bit narrow for a couple in the description.
