In the house: sauna (extra). Infrared sauna, spa area, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 6 km long bumpy motor access to the house (mountain road). Parking, in winter 6 km. Thermal baths "Alpentherme Altenmarkt" 16 km. Golf course (27 hole) 13 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane, slopes 10 m, ski bus stop 11 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Reiteralm. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Arrival via mountain railway (please note: opening hours from 09:00 until 15:30).

Upper floor: 4 rooms, each room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Underfloor heating. Wooden floors. Balcony, terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Beautiful panoramic view. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 pet/ dog allowed. In summer the huts can be reached by car. In winter, ascent with the lift, luggage transport with the Skidoo.
