Negative: Bright all nite outside lights. Advertised as breakfast included in rate BUT restaurant closed on Sat and Sun. So no breakfast after the nite we stayed.

Positive: This was perfectly located between Quebec City and Riviere du Loup. The town had everything I needed nearby, and the staff were great!
Negative: The pillows were kind of flat, but hey: this place was such a great value I didn't really mind.

Positive: Close to the highway. Restaurant for breakfast on site. Beds comfortable.
Negative: Walks a bit thin and at certain times you can hear your neighbours but after hours everyone was quiet.
