Positive: I liked the beds and that it was near a park that I could explore. The facilities did seem very clean.
Negative: I waited all day for my room and when I checked in, there was no one else staying in my female dorm. Even though you were staying there , you had to get a key for the kitchen. So if someone else has the key, what do you do? Hope they open the door for you. It seemed like very few people werestaying there so it was a little spooky. Not sure about the security. And its so far away from anything. You have to walk an hour to get to city center.
Summary: Decent hostel, far from everything. Not inviting

Positive: Perfect for my Stop-over. Just a 20 minute cycle to the city was perfect to see the fantastic Cathedral and wonderful architecture of all the old buildings. The good lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful with any questions.

Positive: spacious room, only 3 beds. Lockers. Big breakfast and lunch area. Very cheap hostel price. Nice park around, suitable for biking, good bus connection to the city centre.
Negative: toilets a bit old; room a bit smelly but after opening the window ok; is a bit far outside the city.

Positive: There were rooms for Christmas. Green zone, nice park, Germany can be seen. There is tram to go to the center of Strasbourg. Breakfast was suprisingly good - with meat, sausages and cheeses, omelettes and variety of bakery.
Negative: Very cold floor. You cannot regulate temperature and make the room warmer and there was slight wind coming from closed window. You cannot eat anything in the room. Beds are a bit too used and loud. And yes, it is rather far from city center and you have to walk to get to the tram station, but you can see it by location.
Summary: it is a hostel with its disadvantages, but breakfast was nice.

Positive: The staff was very polite. Even though there was no check-in, I was able to leave my bag. Breakfast was good.
Negative: a little far from the center and ฤฑ didnt liked much room and toilettes but its very cheap than others hostels
