Positive: Before we arrived, we asked Hassan to pick us up from the bus station, and he kindly accepted our request for free. He welcomed us warmly. We got an amazing room as we had requested, and the food was delicious. We also had a tasty breakfast. The pool was magical we really enjoyed swimming. There’s also a wonderful rooftop where you can see the stars. We had a great stay and highly recommend this place in Merzouga!

Positive: Hotel Les Roches was my best choice to stay in Merzouga. I stayed at this hotel and came back again with my partner. The rooms are very clean, the food is delicious, and one of the best things about the hotel is the pool we really enjoyed it. The rooftop is also wonderful, offering a beautiful view of the dunes. We were happy to choose the desert night and activities with them, as we preferred to relax by the pool before going to the camp. Everything felt safe and well-organized.
Negative: The things I didn’t like, as we experienced during our last vacation in Morocco, were related to booking through Booking at a cheap price. We ended up dealing with fake guides who stopped us in Merzouga center trying to sell us low-quality activities. I had booked with them, and they told me to meet in a café (a public area). There, they asked me to pay extra money. I want to recommend to everyone visiting Merzouga for the first time: if someone stops you in the center to sell activities, just avoid them. They will pressure you to pay more than expected. Please, if you want to do desert activities, go directly to the hotel you booked with. They usually offer parking, a swimming pool to relax before your desert experience, and even a room to rest during the day. These fake guides often offer poor service. They’ll tell you to meet in a café, ask for more money, and then send you to a dirty camp that feels like a market. You will not be comfort

I really appreciate the staff for their excellent service they were very friendly and helpful. They organized desert activities for us, including a 4x4 tour in the Merzouga desert, where we explored the depth of Merzouga’s history and culture. The Gnawa music performance was truly amazing! They also offered quad biking in the dunes of Merzouga an unforgettable experience. I want to talk about the room: it was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. They also offer desert activities, such as 4x4 tours in Merzouga and quad biking in the desert to watch the sunset it was an amazing experience I will never forget. Highly recommended! I swear I’ll come back in September to this beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Positive: Very friendly and welcoming hosts. One of them also spoke good English which was very appreciated. The vegetarian Tagine was exceptionally well spiced. We booked a 4x4 tour and were very positively surprised that it was relaxing, informative and no one implied that you had to buy anything extra - not even after the music session. That's a big plus from our side. The pool area is also very nice, the water looked clean and there are several spots in the shade. Overall a very recommended place.
Negative: The beds could be a bit softer and sometimes a tea glass didn't look really clean.

Positive: The food is really good. They changed the room because it was too big (what in most cases would be better) but it was to hot, the airco couldn’t make the room colder than 38 degrees. So I asked only once and they gave us derictly a new room with refrigerator and TV. They brought us for free to the center and back anytime we wanted. I did not heard once “No” Very friendly people, would love to come back.
Negative: I’m not gonna lie but there was absolutely no bad points.
