Positive: This is a treasure. A small hotel that might have been much the same fifty years ago (apart from the bedroom décor and the shower/ wc pod in each room). Run by a welcoming couple. A simple restaurant and bar.And so peaceful between the canal and the railway which only has a few trains passing each day. If one enjoys cycling, the cycleway along the Canal du Bercy is a joy. Worth more than an overnight stay.

Positive: It was colourful, quirky, very clean, with a very comfortable bed, our evening meal and breakfast were delicious. Really good music in the bar and the owners were absolutely brilliant.

Negative: There was nothing that we did not like

Summary: Everything about this hotel was amazing, we loved our stay here and will definitely be back next year.

Positive: Wonderfully location, set on the banks of a canal overlooking fields. A typical french auberge thats beginning to get more difficult to find. Quirky interior, well equipped and with really helpful couple running it. Delicious and not expensive evening meal taken outside in the summer. Highly recommended.
