Positive: The bed was fine. Liked the fact that they used real dishes & cutlery. The person at the desk, Dominic, was amazing, he gave us a lot of information that help our stay much easier by telling us about buses and recommended restaurants. Very helpful and curtious.

Positive: The location is great. Very central to the mountain and the shops. Amazing potential for a group adventure.
Negative: Obviously the hotel wasn’t in its peak season. We went in July on a Monday, but there wasn’t a customer service personnel till 11am. Breakfast was super basic. No coffee. Breakfast was more like an after thought of the B&B experience. The bathroom shower had mold in it. All-around, the problems were more from neglect than with the property itself.
Summary: You get what you pay for I suppose.
