Summary: Not what I was expecting. Run down and not very clean. There were some sketchy people in the parking lot and hanging around the hotel. Wont stay at an extended stay again.

Summary: My wife and I stayed 2 nights at this Extended Care, and definitely will not return for a number of reasons. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing. There was coffee, granola bars, tiny packaged muffins and instant oatmeal. Thankfully there was a Starbucks minutes away. The entrance at the westerly end of the building was constantly propped open - so much for security. The room included a "kitchen" which was a fridge, microwave and counter top elements, but no pots, pans, dishes or cutlery. The kitchen floor was sticky. The carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed. Several of the light fixtures did not work (on/off buttons not functioning). Finally, it was noisy at night. Doors were slamming throughout the night.

Summary: It states free breakfast on Hotel.com. There is no breakfast, there’s coffee and a packet of instant oatmeal. It’s more of a place that people live at than a hotel. Zero frills, nice people who work there

Summary: If you can stay anywhere else I would recommend it. Upon checking in the staff was not very informative. They did not tell us when breakfast started or ended and they staff member was unable to tell us what was served at breakfast. Also, we were never given the WiFi information and when we came down to inquire after calling multiple times from the room, I found a hand written note that said the staff member was on break for the next 30 min. There was a hotel guest in the lobby so I asked them about the WiFi password and they couldn’t remember the password and that the WiFi was so terrible he was using someone’s cellphone hotspot as WiFi. Our bed skirt had white spots on one side towards the head of the bed (looked very much like body fluid) and we were told we could get an extra blanket. The room smelled like smoke every time the AC ran. The side of the fridge was covered in food particles and grease, the floor was sticky, there was a black handprint on our shower wall, and the pad lock for the door was coming off with the screws popping out every time we engaged it over the door at night.
