Positive: The location is just top. Right in the center of beautiful marina, among all the great restaurants. The view from the balcony is just superb, you can see the carribean-style sea, you can see the beautiful church on the small islet, and all the fishermen moor just below your window. The apartment itself is really beautifully decorated in mediterranean style, it is one of the nicest apartments we have ever visited.
Negative: The kitchen is very barebones, not ready for any cooking. We struggled to make at least a decent breakfast. Not enough glasses, not enough cutlery, not enough pots, insufficient electric stove. But that wasn't a big problem, because of all the many restaurants around (open year-round). The front room is great, with wonderful views and beautiful decorations, but the back room is very dark, with no windows. The accoustic properties of the building are really poor: you can hear every word the neighbours say. And when the restaurant downstairs is open (which it fortunately wasn't during our stay), I believe there are probably troubles with noice.
Summary: Beautiful apartment in great location

Positive: Great quality apartment. Lovely style. Wonderful view & location. Should definitely be rated higher.
Negative: No toilet roll, or couldn’t find any! Lots of Mosquitos throughout the night (in Feb!) - I think they came under the doors as there was a gap, so put a towel under the doors if you’re prone!
