Positive: I liked the location, and the staff at the restaurant were very nice. The hotel manager was also very helpful when I had an issue with a staff member who did not treat my family with the same respect as the other guests. Thankfully, the situation was addressed and resolved professionally, which I appreciated.

Negative: The food prices were expensive, but that was expected since it is an island.

Positive: Restaurant and bar on premises served excellent food and drinks. Staff was very friendly! Lovely beach and pool area. Lovely walk to Jolly beach which was gorgeous!

Negative: Cars drive fast on nearby (walking) highway in spite of signs to slow down . Everything is pricey so expect to pay.

Positive: Location was good but need a rent a car. Good restaurant

Negative: We never got the upstairs oceanview room we requested instead got a dark room looking out on to wall of restaurant. We were given a discount but still disappointed
