Summary: This hotel was not handicap accessible like I was told. The AYS Manager was very rude short and disrespectful. I was in town for a medical condition for my daughter and was not treated with the hospitality and respect that was deserved.

Summary: There was a dirty towel in the shower, which was gross and I called someone to come clean it and they still didn’t. Finally, we had to move it so we could just shower. Then they gave us two breakfast vouchers, which really wasn’t enough for our trouble the next day our bed wasn’t made, and they threw our soap away without leaving anymore so then we got 10,000 points which is equivalent to like $50 still not worth it and the other price dinner at Augustino’s was also very lackluster. They didn’t even ask how our stay was when we left. The hotel should be in much better condition for the price. The service left a lot to be desired.
