This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was recently refreshed with all new paint, flooring, furniture, bedding, mattresses, linens as well as all the extras that you expect at home! A fully stocked kitchen, full size washer/dryer, double ovens, microwave, etc. await you on your stay. Extra attention has been paid to your comfort, forget your razor? We have extras. Need a paper plate? We have it!
All beds have 400 thread count linens.
The walls are decorated with custom oil paintings done by the home owners mother and are beautiful! We think that you will be pleased with all the extras that will make your stay more enjoyable.
The home has a formal dining area with seating for six but will easily accomodate up to eight people. A central security system is available for use during your stay.
Long term rental rates for stays greater than ten days are available. Please inquire.

The home is located on 2 acres about 10-14 minutes from Downtown Augusta in a central location. Easy parking with a circular drive way in the front of the home.

Summary: Clean, everything needed was supplied. Enough towels etc. I stayed here in 2015, forgot to write a review! I would def. stay here again and will look to see if available next time I come up

Summary: This is our 2nd time staying at the house and everything still was wonderful. Great location for us, easy access to where we wanted to go and quiet location to unwind. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed except the food. One stop at the grocery store and we were all set. Next time we come to visit we will be checking to see if the house is available.

Summary: We had a family wedding in Atlanta and your home was the perfect place for some of the clan to kick back and relax, especially the children. Everything that we could need for our weekend stay was there and all we had to do was shop for breakfast and lunch stuff. It was close to everything yet far enough out that we could enjoy the quiet surroundings. I would recommend it to anyone who has a reason to be in Atlanta for a few days or longer. Since there were literally no stair it was accessible to the more elderly of our group.

Summary: Lovely quiet road, great for morning walks. Easy access to Augusta and area's around. Everything we needed was already here, we just needed to stop at the local grocery store for supplies. BB BEAUTIFUL house!!! So clean & accommodating! Loved the location, furnishings, décor... TB

Summary: The property served as a family getaway this past Christmas to allow our Fort Gordon son to share the holiday with family coming from different parts of the country. The home was spotless and nicely furnished. The street intersections are a bit tricky, particularly after dark.

Summary: This was a terrific place to stay. 4 of us stayed here for a long weekend to do the Augusta half ironman. I have to say this is one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. We could not find a speck of dirt or dust anywhere and believe me we looked because of being so amazed at the cleanliness !! The host family was extremely easy to work with and very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and we all commented on how well we slept. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and have extras that you do not see in most rentals. The location was perfect for us.. Only about a 10-15 minute drive to almost every place we needed to go. The house has a lot of history to it and we enjoyed looking at photos and even playing RECORDS on the console stereo! It had a super homey feel and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you so much for everything!
