Summary: The bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was fine. The room phone didn’t work. The room was pretty bare bones. No ironing board or iron. What really made this stay so poor was the fact that my room wasn’t prepared for check-in until almost 6 PM. The girl at the front-desk said they were understaffed. Why book to a capacity you cannot accommodate?? I missed an event I had driven four hours to attempt and attend. I slept OK, noise wasn’t an issue and I was able to get myself clean. But maybe I’ve learned my lesson this time and need to exercise extreme caution when considering a stay at a small boutique hotel. Aura will not see me again.

Summary: The check in was easy and well informative on the rules time to check in and out. The hotel room was clean well spaced good amenities and overall a really good visit.

Summary: Rented a room for my birthday and it was very peaceful and quiet. I had a corner room with balcony which gave us a very beautiful view of the city. The jacuzzi style tub was also pleasurable. Will definitely book again.

Summary: Quiet hotel, short walking distance to lots of variety for eating establishments especially Myrtle St. Bathroom toiletries where skimpy. Outside street is very busy and narrow with commercial establishments. Staff responsive to any questions we had

Summary: The Aura Hotel is a clean hotel with nice linens, comfy beds and good amount of space in the double room. It's a great value for the price. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. It's a little far from the subway station and there's some construction nearby. Those were my only complaints. If you don't mind walking or using other transpo, it's a good value.

Summary: First time we Aura, it's an amazing hotel, very clean, with elegant lighting. The staff is friendly, a really neat place. If you are visiting NYC, definitely a great location to stay and experience Brooklyn.

Summary: The property had such an outdated room. The vanity bowl was broken and damaged. Shower towels were stained and old. Shower curtain had some moulds. No water was provided in the room. I was still asked for giving a good review.

Summary: Needs updating and repairs. Wanted to charge $50/ hour fit early check in. Or run was directly in front of the check in desk si there were loud noises at all hours. Not worth the price. Neighborhood was quiet and safe but far from trains.
