Positive: Excellent hotel with very comfortable room and bed, very large room (family room). Only drawback coul be the distance to city center (by foot too far), bit there is a bus stop very close to the hotel. Breakfast good as well. Will come back there the next time I come to UB City. Staff friendly and speak well English.

Positive: This is an excellent poperty and the staff are helpful
Negative: We had to change rooms because of a terrible stench from the bathroom and the Wifi was just a tragedy.
Summary: Good place - suffers some of the usual Mongol issues

Positive: The hotel had a wonderful restaurant, lounge and fitness sauna. I loved the size and comfort of the room. The staff was exceptional.
Negative: The location was far away. The restaurant during the evening was playing elevator music from the 1980s, and the band they had in the lounge was also a little off putting making it hard to be in.
Summary: I love the amenities, the comfort and size of the room, the staff is extremely accommodating.

Positive: This hotel was awesome! It was perfect or even better for a family group. All the facilities were new, the bathroom was the best. You can enjoy hot water as much not like the other hotels in Ulaanbaatar👍👍

Positive: Nice, new, modern style hotel 5km from the financial and entertainment city center. Well-equipped gym, delicious breakfast. Restaurant, coffee shop and lounge bar are at your disposal.
Negative: Sometimes gym was closed, had to take a key from reception. Staff don't speak basic english. This is not hotel's problem but 95% population of Mongolia
