Positive: Very friendly staff who are willing to cater to your needs. Kitchen staff are willing to whip up something special for your dietary needs or for your kids.

Negative: The curtains in the room are way to small and the staff know this, but apparently can't do anything about this. If you complain they offer some extra bedsheets, but still, close to midsummer night, I woke up each morning at 0530 due to the sun in my room. Please..... change your curtains, make them bigger and block the sun. Also, for a hotel apparently used a lot by workers, I find it regretful that no desk is available in your room. So no good place to work behind your computer while traveling.
