Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location and the friendliness of the staff are exceptional. It is very difficult to get a taxi in Neuburg, even when trying to book more than half a day in advance. So when I had to catch the train the boss gave me a lift. The room is very cosy and comfy and the view over the river was very nice.

Negative: The room was a bit cold at night and the smart heating control is not intuitive. However, there was an additional blanket in the wardrobe, so it was ok.

Positive: This is a lovely, quaint hotel. The balcony from the restaurant offers an amazing view. The breakfast was plentiful and beautifully presented. When we arrived on a very hot day and the rooms were even hotter, so be warned! We traveled by bicycle and they offer a lockup garage for bikes which was great.

Negative: Unfortunately the bar/restaurant was closed in the evening when we wanted a drink. We went elsewhere. On returning to the hotel we discovered the bar open ... seemed a little disorganised.
