Summary: The house was not properly stocked for a weekend stay. House B had zero toilet paper. House A had no paper towels, dish soap or sponges. 1 dish towel per house for 10 people. When we showed up the entry code was incorrect. If you plan to cook, plan simple recipes that do not require a lot of dishes. Location was very convenient, overall a nice property for a big group but more attention to detail is needed, especially given the very high rental cost. They do not allow storage of bags. Late check out was $50.

Summary: A great spot for a grown up getaway in Austin. House was clean with plenty of beds and a good space. Beware of the junk cleaning fee. Text based communication was somewhat sporadic and the policy about early/late checkout is not well operationalized. Phone service was far more responsive and was able to get building access after a slight delay. Overall a great home base for groups in Austin.

Summary: We rented both units over Christmas for four nights as we hosted our family from out of town. The house is in a great location that is very walkable; however the house was lacking in supplies to accommodate a large group. There were barely enough towels and rags, limited forks and flatware, and only 3 wine glasses in each unit. Communication with management was also difficult. This is run by a property management group and they are not very accommodating and auto-responses are generated. We requested an early check-in but were told we would incur a $30 per hour charge. Then when it was time to check-in, the code to the door did not work and management had to reset it. The pipes on the house are also not insulated and during the cold weather the pipes froze and we had no hot water for over 12 hours. The property manager came out and tried to fix the issue. However, she did not know how to ignite the propane blow torch and was trying to ignite it in our unit which made us uncomfortable. Then she went to her car and tried to ignite it inside the car because it was so cold outside. The property manager was very young, and we felt bad for her since clearly she did not know what she was doing. She came back later that evening with a working blow torch and one of our guests helped her heat the pipes. When it was time to check out, we requested a one hour late check-out and were told it was not possible. The cleaning crew arrived at the house 20 minutes before our check-out time waiting outside. While the house is decent, it is not right for a family. Particularly a family who enjoys cooking. For the price per night, we would recommend another place.

Summary: We stayed as a group of 8 in October of 2021 and loved the place. It's clean and was convenient for us to get in and out of. The garage's are small but functional. The back yard was perfect for a sitting spot and everything worked inside the house. Bring some trash bags and paper towels as there wasn't any there, which was not a problem for us at all.
